  1. Access health services with technology, safe, timely and quality care.
  2. Receive information about the health condition in a clear, timely, sufficient and permanent way, to decide whether or not to accept the treatments.
  3. Receive a dignified treatment that respects your beliefs and customs.
  4. That the clinical history is confidential and only with the authorization of the patient can be known by third parties or by whom the law determines.
  5. Receive timely medical attention in the emergency department without requiring a document or cancellation of payment.
  6. Be served under conditions that protect your privacy and guarantee the confidentiality of information related to your health status.
  7. Know how to present claims, complaints and suggestions and receive a written response.
  8. Request and receive explanations about the costs for the services received.
  9. That the will of the donation of their organs be respected in accordance with the law.
  10. Not to be subjected in any case to cruel or inhuman treatment that affects their dignity, nor to be forced to endure avoidable suffering, nor forced to suffer diseases that can be treated.
