Patient Experience Office


The Hospital Internacional de Colombia - HIC and the Instituto Cardiovascular de la FCV, have an exclusive and personalized service concentrated in the Patient Experience Office, located in each of the IPS of the FCV.

These offices are dedicated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, exclusively to the permanent accompaniment and care of all patients, their families and/or companions, during their stay at the HIC or ICV facilities, providing care during their medical treatment, attending to their needs, requests and concerns.

We are made up of an interdisciplinary team highly qualified in providing personalized counseling and accompaniment services, a human team willing and committed to deliver the best service experience to our patients, caregivers or companions throughout their care process from the first contact to the end of their treatment.

Whether you are looking for information about treatment options or suitable professionals for your medical evaluation, guidance on scheduling medical appointments, laboratories, answers to questions related to access and timeliness of care and other medical services provided by our institutions, we are available to assist you with open communication 24 hours a day.
