The service has a group of highly qualified health professionals such as general practitioners, specialists and sub-specialists in different branches of medicine, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists and therapists, among others. It also has a specially dedicated team to support outpatients and their families in bio-psychosocial care.

The HIC External Consultation Unit has large spaces located on floors S1 and 2, comfortable waiting rooms, with personalized attention by the Patient Experience, Admissions and Authorization team, which facilitate access to services to offer a close, warm and humanized attention. It offers outpatient services in clinics specially designed to facilitate patient medical communication, under an environment that favors the patient with respect for their autonomy and human dignity, as well as their right to privacy and confidentiality.
